Paris

The first day we went into Paris by train and caught the metro to the Eiffel Tower. The Tower Had 3 levels, to get up the first 2 you can take the lift or the stairs. We took the lift up to the second level were you had to change lifts, which meant another half an hour queue. At the top you can see all of Paris, Apparently it's the biggest city in Europe, and it wasn't hard to believe.

On the way back we took the metro and apparently we took one going the wrong way which meant an extra hour of changing trains until we eventually got on the right one and headed home.

On the way back we did some groceries at the biggest super market I've ever seen. It had 60 something checkouts and the price checkers worked on rollerblades.

...

The second day went to a palace somewhere around Paris, we went past the Eiffel tower but you
couldn't see it because of all the buildings.

The queue to get in was over two hours long so instead we went and looked at the gardens, they were fairly big, at the end we sat next to a lake and had what some people call lunch, and others call a snack.

When we came back we went to a lake for a swim.

That'll do for now,

Hey Steve,

Yesterday we went to the beach.

Not just for a few hours mind you, we went from 10:00 in the morning till 6:00 in the afternoon!

I really don't like Dutch beaches, people go swimming, but that's not what they came there for, they came to just sit in the blazing sun and do (drum roll please) ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

And I am expected to just sit there and do exactly the same thing, THESE DUTCHIES ARE CRAZY!

Hey Steve,

Yesterday we went to another place called "Blow it, I forgot the name", but its a bunch of lakes which you can hire boats in so we hired 2 and went to a cow island for a picnic.

Apparently this is were they build boats for Arabian sheik type persons

Hey Steve,

2 days ago we went to a place called "Hoek Van Holland" Which is, Corner from Holland.

Didn't really see the point cause its nowhere near the corner, but its were you can see all the big ships go into Rotterdam, which has the biggest harbour in the world.

This thing is a giant movable flood barrier.

If you look carefully you may be able to see dad and Beth in the bottom right corner.

Hey Steve,

Today we went to the beach, I myself don't really like the beach but everyone else seems to enjoy it. Nothing else really happened today, Grandma and Tante Janne weren't home and we still don't know were they are.
